Matted Serenity Limited Edition Portrait Set
Celebrate the characters that made Firefly and Serenity so memorable. This exclusive set of original portraits includes individual, 13x19 portraits - all 9 of Serenity’s Big Damn Heroes and 1 of Serenity herself. Also included are 2 set-exclusive prints, of the Operative and creator Joss Whedon. Printed on heavy stock textured paper using the Giclee Fine Art process, these vibrant, original renditions of the characters of Serenity are strictly limited to 300 each, with only 50 assigned to this easy-framing matted set, each one signed and numbered by Jason Palmer.
Each mat set consists of two custom designed and colour co-ordinated mats to complement the corresponding print from the set; also includes backboard. We use conservation grade matboard and acid free backing. Each mat fits a standard 16x20 frame, which you can chose at any art store you prefer. The set contains one mat set for each print, including the bonus Operative and Joss Whedon prints.
Complete matted set will arrive in a beautiful archival acid free storage box with Serenity logo on the cover that will also provide damage free storage of your prints.
The Giclee printing process provides better color accuracy than other means of reproduction and is used for fine art and gallery prints. Giclee prints are created using professional 8-color to 12-color ink-jet print engines.
